 SupervisionList Item 4To prioritize the safety of all of our swimmers, all Swimmers aged 12 and under must have an adult physically present on the pool deck during their lesson. Swimmers aged 13 to 15 must have an adult present within the business area, such as on the dock or at the picnic benches. This policy is in place to ensure that an adult is available in case of any pool emergency.

 AbsencesList Item 1To ensure that our limited class spots are available for families who can consistently attend, swimmers must attend at least half of their regularly scheduled classes. If attendance drops below this threshold, your spot may be offered to a family on the waitlist. We understand that things come up and emergencies happen. We ask that you notify the front desk if you will need to be absent for more than two weeks.

 Makeup TokensList Item 3Makeup tokens generate the day after an excused absance. You must alert the front desk or create an excused absance through the customer portal for a makeup token to generate. Each swimmer can recieve up to 12 makeup tokens per calendar year. Makeup tokens are good for 30 days.

 Canceling EnrollmentList Item 2We do not offer refunds for absences as the swimmer's spot in the class is held for them each week. We do offer makeup lessons that can be booked after the missed lesson. To receive a refund for ending enrollment, swimmers must provide at least a 48-hour notice. This allows us to process your request properly and offer the spot to interested swimmers.
